missingWrote a review on 24 Decslow check-inindifferent staff
The check-in process was annoyingly slow, filled with unnecessary explanations when all I wanted was my room after a long day of travel. The restaurant area felt quite stuffy, and despite having a lovely terrace, it was poorly organized with no clear service, leaving us confused and waiting. The indifference of the restaurant staff was disappointing. They seemed disinterested in.

I traveled to Windhoek for a short sightseeing trip, and I was really impressed with the sweeping views from my room. The breakfast offered a fantastic spread, and it was great to start my day with a variety of options. The on-site restaurant had an excellent dinner menu with beautiful city views as well. The spacious family room provided all the comforts I needed after a day out exploring the local attractions like the National Museum of Namibia and Zoo Park, which were within easy reach.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic view of the city, and the made-to-order omelets were a good touch to start the day.
The air conditioning unit in my room was quite old and noisy, which affected my sleep quality.
